Refund policy


  • All regular priced items are subject to a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • All accessories including Jewelry, bags, scarves, beauty/cosmetics are final sale. Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are final sale. All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange within 21 days from the date your order was originally received.
  • Sale items are only subject to exchange/store credit unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for paying returning shipping.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


  • All items purchased online using discount codes are final sale.
  • Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for store credit.


Please complete a return request form on the original invoice and include it on your return package. If return form is not filled out correctly or missing, there will be delays in processing. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.


  • Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer`s possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
  • Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition.
  • It has passed 21 days since the original merchandise delivery date. Please refer to our customer return policy.

Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice and the RMA. We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions.
